The Wooster Naz Basics classes have been carefully crafted to teach the foundations of our faith, to share the mission and vision of our church, and to give a clear on-ramp for new members to join our church. The three-week structure of My Start, My Church, and My Place will walk through each of these elements in a clear, and exciting way.
These are three individual classes, you may register for all of them, or just one or two. Space is limited. All three classes are required for membership. Questions? Contact Andrew Heller, email@example.com
My Start – Oct. 25
Sunday, Oct. 25, 11–12:45pm in 207A
My Start teaches the nuts and bolts of what our faith in Jesus is all about. In this class we will drill down into what Salvation, the Bible, Worship, and Prayer are all about, and how they each are an essential part of our journey as believers in Jesus. Whether you said Yes to Jesus last week, or have been walking with Him for decades, this class is for you!
My Church – Nov. 1
Sunday, November 1 from 11–12:45pm in 207A
In My Church we will share the mission and vision of Wooster Nazarene. You will learn some history of our local church, the heart behind our mission statement, and the core of our values and strategy. This interactive class is a great way to learn more about the driving force behind everything we do as Wooster Nazarene.
My Place – Nov. 8
Sunday, November 8 from 11–12:45pm in 207A
Our My Place class has been designed to share the beliefs of our Nazarene denomination, to cast the vision of where our church is headed to in the future, and to give new partners the choice to join our team. This class is the launchpad for new members to get involved in Loving God, Loving People, and Living Transformed as you attend and serve at Wooster Nazarene.
